In addition to local favorites, our master chefs are also highly experienced in preparing exquisite Chinese dishes like Braised Abalone, Stewed Ox-tail with Black Pepper, and our Mandalay Delight Salad (a delightful medley of slivered apples, cucumbers, cantaloupe and honeydew melon, combined with shredded chicken and duck meat, topped with crispy wonton skins and served with a savory peanut dressing).
